Can I track my order?
The majority of our items are shipped using the following couriers
- DPD
- Evri/Hermes
- Yodel
- Whistl
- Royal Mail
Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email notification which will contain any applicable parcel tracking number along with the courier information.
What are your delivery charges?
All our orders are shipped for FREE within mainland UK. Additional surcharges may apply to areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight an the Channel Islands. If you have any queries regarding a delivery, contact us.

When will I receive my order?

What do I do if I never received my order?
If there is an issue with the delivery of your item contact us right away with your order number and we will work our hardest to rectify the problem
What do I do if I received a defective or faulty order?
If the item you receive is defective or faulty please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We ask that you provide images of any obvious damage or fault as this will help us in showing any issues you are experiencing.
Dog Beds & Toys
Please note; Dog Beds are not intended to be chewed or suckled by your pet as this will result in damage and may cause illness to your dog if any stuffing is ingested. Unfortunately we do not accept refunds or returns for such damage.
